Frank Tanana completes the back-to-back 1974 Topps Rookie returns. Can you tell I found a vintage bargain box at a local card show? I always thought that Tanana had a borderline Hall of Fame case with his 240 Wins and 2,773 Strikeouts, but he may always be in that next tier that just didn't quite make it into the Hall.
